Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; and Risk of Loss. Shipping is an additional
charge unless PEGASUS expressly agrees and indicates at time of sales. Loss or
damage to the Product that occurs during shipping by a PEGASUS chosen courier is
the responsibility of PEGASUS when reported to PEGASUS within 48 hours. Loss or
damage to the Product that occurs during shipping by a courier you selected is
your responsibility. PEGASUS is not liable for packages left at the recipient’s
address. IF YOU FAIL TO INFORM PEGASUS ABOUT THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WITHIN 48
HOURS, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRODUCT. You must claim any tax
exemption and provide documentation at time of sale. Unless otherwise stated,
you are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the orders.

Reversible Dry Erase Boards and Whiteboards are shipped out by truck the shipping fee paid is to your loading docks or curb side ONLY. If your order comes to you by truck you have to open and inspect your order regardless or what the outside of the carton my look like. Large objects like Dry Erase Boards can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged upon arrival.
