  1. Return Policies and Exchanges. PEGASUS does not sell on approval or provide a free trial period. PEGASUS offers a 30-day return policy on selected items with sole approval of PEGASUS. Any returns or exchanges will occur in accordance with PEGASUS’s return policy. Before you attempt to return your Product, you must contact PEGASUS directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which return approvals stand solely in the discretion of PEGASUS. The RMA is to accompany the return. You must return Product in its original or comparable packaging. You are RESPONSIBLE for risk of loss, and shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. PEGASUS will not accept returns for opened and/or used Product unless they are defective and you reported them as defective within 48 hours of receipt. In which case, PEGASUS will make an exchange. PEGASUS, at its sole discretion, may apply a fifteen percent (25%) restocking fee to all returns. You must ship approved returned packages with a RMA with in 7 days to the designated address. If you fail to follow PEGASUS’s return or exchange instructions, PEGASUS is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. Per the discretion of PEGASUS, you will receive a refund of the approved, return item's amount you paid; however, PEGASUS may credit partial returns less than invoice due to bundled or promotional pricing.
  1. Warranties. You may locate the limited warranties applicable to PEGASUS products at http://www.pegasusav.com. PEGASUS makes no warranties for non-PEGASUS branded products or services.

3. Buyer may not refuse shipment without prior approval and a cancellation number or there will be a 25% restocking fee. Buyer canceling an order prior to shipping must obtain a cancellation number or a 25% restocking fee will apply. Buyer may return defective merchandise for exchange, to PEGASUS Audio Visual Products, Inc.,within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided Buyer obtains a RMA NUMBER from Pegasus Audio Visual Products, Inc prior to returning goods.
ALL Products that proven to have been opened and or used, will not be taken back (no exceptions) unless they are defective and they are reported as defective within 48 hours of receipt. They can be returned with an RMA.
